other offerings available from Music Choice and select third parties, unless
you choose to opt out of such use (see "What Choices Are Available…"

determine what interests Music Choice users, as a group, and (iii) generally improve
our product and service offerings. Such reports will not contain information
that personally identifies, or can be used to personally identify you.
How is Your Information Distributed? We will disclose, and permit
authorized third parties to use, aggregate data (including non-personal and
usage information) and reports regarding Music Choice Television and other
services for marketing and other business purposes. Such data and reports
derived therefrom do not contain any information that personally identifies
you, or can be used to personally identify you.
The following addresses the circumstances under which we may
release information that personally identifies you:

personal information and associated non-personal information to third parties
with whom we have strategic relationships for sales, marketing or promotional
purposes. You can choose to opt out of this information disclosure (see

interactive advertisement, or electronic coupon placed on Music Choice
Television by a third party, or if you request information about a product or
service offered by a third party, then your personal information will be
disclosed to such third party. Music Choice cannot control, and makes no
representations about, the collection or use of your information by such third
parties.
Business Transfers. We are not in the business of
selling your personal information. However, as we develop our business, and as
we sell or acquire certain assets, your personal, usage, and other information
may be transferred. Also, in the event that we, or substantially all of our
assets, are acquired, all such information will, of course, be transferred to
the successor entity.
Legal Reasons. Although unlikely, we may be
required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide your personal
information. We will provide such information, to the extent technically
possible, upon request and receipt of the appropriate documentation. Disclosure
may also occur if we consider it necessary to protect our legal rights, or if
